HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we have worldwide shipping.

 

WHAT ARE THE METHODS OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards. Regretfully, we do not accept bank transfers or money orders.

When placing an order, the correct billing address must be entered for the order to be approved. The billing address is the address associated with your method of payment.

 

DOES MY ORDER REQUIRE VERIFICATION?

Occasionally, orders are subject to Desirable Measures Boutique’s  verification process.  This means, for your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you are the cardholder, or that the order and shipping information are legitimate.

This process rarely delays an order.  Should your order require verification, we will notify you by phone or e-mail. This is why it’s imperative that you leave the best contact telephone number when ordering, and that you keep your information current.

It is also imperative that you understand what we mean by billing information on the checkout process. The billing address is the address to which your banking institution mails your monthly statement. The billing address you provide must associate with the address that your banking institution has on file. Please be sure you provide the correct information, even if the items are to be shipped to a different location.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Also, an email will be sent to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This email confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

 

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to change or cancel any order. Upon receipt of your order, please follow the exchange instructions to receive store credit.
