RETURN POLICY

RETURN CONDITIONS

Desirable Measures Boutique DO NOT issue refunds. There are no exceptions. However, store credit will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 5 days of the day you receive your order.
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept the return of items that have been worn, soiled, or damaged. *Items must be in a condition suitable for resale*
  • Items must have all tags and hang-tags attached.
  • Non-returnable items include: sale items, bodysuits, and ear or head garments, and accessories.
  • Original shipping costs that customer paid, when order was shipped, are not refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs of the return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our conditions.
  • Store credit is only redeemable at www.DesirableMeasuresBoutique.com
  • Store credit will be given in the form of a coupon under your MY ACCOUNT tab.

 

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

  • Once your return package has been received, store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. An email notification will be sent to the email address that you used to create your account.

 

WHEN MAKING A RETURN

  • Return your items securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
  • Please include your original invoice with your return and keep a copy for your records. If you are unable to send the invoice, please include your order number, billing name, address, and reason on a sheet of paper and include it with your return.
  • Please write “Reason for Return” and include the actual reason on the back of your invoice.
  • Be sure to select tracking when returning your package, in order to monitor delivery status.
  • Desirable Measures Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
